Day 5

There’s no time like the present to think back on all the things you’ve accomplished this year.

If you have little sticky notes, use those. Put one accomplishment on each sticky note.

If you don’t have little sticky notes, open up a fresh spreadsheet and record your accomplishments there.

Include every single thing you can think of. Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • Personal goals you achieved (running a 5k, learning a new language, reading a book you’ve had on your list, conquering a fear of public speaking, etc.)

  • Work metrics you achieved (or beat)

  • Any annual goals you’ve already finished

  • Significant events you attended

  • Your community involvement

Sticky notes: Cover your computer screen with your accomplishments. Cover up your least favorite icons and files first.

Spreadsheets: Print out your spreadsheet and cut it into individual accomplishments. If this seems like a daunting task, pat yourself on the back. You did a lot this year!!

Take a few minutes to think about

all the things you did.

Really give yourself credit and celebrate!

You deserve it!!
